The fundamental "special offer" is the opportunity for residents to achieve homeownership with potentially lower monthly payments compared to traditional housing in the Maryland market. This financial accessibility is a continuous benefit for those looking to manage their housing costs more effectively.
However, the park does occasionally highlight specific advantages. For example, some marketing materials emphasize "incentives to move" or options for residents to "bring their home" to Pheasant Ridge, suggesting potential assistance or flexible arrangements for those relocating their manufactured homes. They also promote "resident referral" programs, indicating a focus on community growth through existing residents.
Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to contact Pheasant Ridge directly to inquire about any current offerings. While general promotions might not be widely advertised, individual homes for sale or rent within the community (often managed by private sellers or real estate agents) may come with their own incentives, such as recent upgrades or negotiated pricing. It is always best to speak with the park management or a real estate professional specializing in manufactured homes in Mt. Airy to get the most up-to-date information on available lots, homes, specific lot rent details, and any applicable promotions or programs.

Pheasant Ridge Reviews
Having water issues for over a year with nothing but lies, so many lies actually that they can’t even keep them straight.I love how if my grass is 1/2” too tall, or the wind blows the cushions sideways on my patio furniture, I get a note about it. However, what I haven’t gotten a note about is anything relating to the water - when it’s out, when it’s going to be fixed, what’s wrong with it, if the pool water they filled the tanks with is even potable and safe to drink... little things like that.
Jul 09, 2018 · Mary MartinThey charged me for a tear 4 dollars over what I was supposed to pay. Then told me the new price and after 6 month I find out I was as opposed to pay 6 dollars more a month. Lie lie lie, water situation was awful last winter and then they jack up lot rent 25 more dollars. Tornado comes through and we had to cut down their trees that fell on trailers. If you are renting a lot who's trees are they I am just renting. 🤔
