Peak RV Resort Introduce
For RV travelers seeking a modern, full-service base camp near the vibrant heart of Colorado Springs, **Peak RV Resort** offers a straightforward and convenient solution. Located at **2015 Aerotech Dr** in the 80916 area, this newer RV park is designed to cater to both short-term visitors exploring the Pikes Peak region and long-term guests needing an extended stay. Unlike rustic campgrounds, Peak RV Resort operates as a contemporary resort focused on essential amenities, easy accessibility, and proximity to urban conveniences.
The resort features oversized, hard-surface RV pads with **full hookup** capabilities, including **30 and 50 amp service**, ensuring that all sizes of modern RVs and big rigs can be accommodated with ease. While the park is relatively new, resulting in smaller trees and minimal natural shade, it compensates with modern, well-maintained facilities and a commitment to essential guest services. The overall atmosphere is generally clean, quiet, and friendly, making it a reliable choice compared to some older RV parks in the Colorado Springs area.
It is important for prospective guests to note that the resort is situated in a highly practical, but less nature-focused, location. Its immediate surroundings include industrial areas and nearby hotels, and it is positioned close to a major highway and the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). This location is a trade-off: it sacrifices the 'out of town' feel for **exceptional convenience** to shopping, dining, and easy access to major transportation arteries. Guests prioritize this urban access and modern facilities often rate the park highly, despite the lack of a secluded, deeply shaded environment.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice park. The park is fairly new and the trees are small so there is basically no shade. We stayed for a month in the summer so lack of shade was a definite negative. It was clean, however, somewhat noisy due to high way located next to the east border of the property. They are located in an industrial area next to some hotels. Very close to shopping and restaurants. If you want the “out of town “ feeling this place is not for you.The price was reasonable.
August 09 · Tim SeawrightGood Location. Close to COS Airport. The park is very nice, people are very friendly. The biggest negative in Colorado Springs are the HORRIBLE Streets and Roads, POT HOLES and MOON SIZE CRATERS to swallow up you tires!Over all this park is very nice compared to some other DUMP RV Parks in the area!We spent a week here and had a good time.
September 10 · J STLove the stay we had here! Super clean and super friendly staff members. I do not have one complaint about this RV resort. Spaces are roomy even with my 45ft 5th wheel trailer. We will for sure be staying here again on the next family visit.
August 23 · Chris McBrideI made reservations for Site 17 more than 2 weeks prior to my arrival. This site had a covered picnic table behind it and a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. When I arrived, they said it wasn't available and put me in Site 18 which had a view of the side of a warehouse. Their policies say they can do this but what is the purpose of reserving a particular site then? Not happy. Also, I was charged a $9.76 "Convenience Fee." Don't know what that was for. The Cable wasn't working. Overall it is nicely maintained but I am not happy about not getting the site I reserved.
August 06 · Greg DahlgrenLocation is good for a place to park the RV and explore the area. Keep in mind there are NO refunds. Be sure to READ the “rules” carefully. There are only 2 bath houses with a toilet, sink and shower for 146 sites. The bath houses were dingie and weren’t very clean. There was a small dog run with artificial turf- not very big. This is not a “Luxury Resort” Luxury meaning “great comfort and extravagant living” This is a BASIC RV Park located in an industrial area.
