Would be better if rules applied to everyone, not special treatment to some. Rules say no loose dogs, don't park by pool/ playground area, no loud music, don't park in grass or on curbs..... yea, right. Person right by pool takes extra parking spots daily, dogs let go to run, food taken and left nasty at pool, several park in yards,forced to listen to others 'music' OFTEN.... sure lower standards than were told at move in. Had high hopes was not a typical ghetto park but the residents make their own rules actually, no matter how it affects others near. Stacy in office is NOT a nice person to deal with. Talks over you, poo poos complaints, so try not to deal with that one.
