We stayed here a little over a year while we looked for our forever home. Tommy is supper sweet. He does the best he can by the community that stays there. The grounds are always clean. It's a very quiet, friendly place to be at. His monthly rates are very competitive compared to other camp grounds we looked into. We were so happy to have been apart of the community there. If there should ever be a need to return I won't hesitate. Tommy and his group are an amazing people to know. Thank you for everything.

I drove my motorhome down to that part of Florida without having reservations. I searched on my phone and found PDL and called them. They only had one place available, but they held it for me and what a blessing. You couldn’t ask for nicer management and the rate was better than any others in that area. It is very family oriented.My car broke down while I was there during the first week and Tommy, the park manager, was very instrumental in assisting me to get my car repaired. I stayed through the winter months in this park and I became part of the Park family.

Super lovely owner! I’d highly recommend staying here with Tommy! Great people, and everyone is nice. Our a/c went out and we have a spot there that we go to whenever school is out or weekends as we live in Tn so we don’t know many people and let me tell you! They helped us get out A/C going again. Tommy keeps most of everything you’ll need in the office when he is there! And you’re walking distance to not one but 3 gas stations, a motel, a laundry mat, subway and literally one minute up the road is dollar general! If you keep going they also have a spot called the lunch box and it seems to be busy a lot! And you’re super close to the state park with nice swimming areas! We have loved it a lot! also the best part is everything is included in his price! He has a dumpster in the back and bathrooms if needed. It’s been enjoyable and we are definitely going to miss Tommy and how nice he has been to us! Again, I highly recommend staying at his campground whether it’s short term or long term!

The park has been a great place to stay and improved during our 5 month stay(36ft camper). Has full hookups, restrooms, tipically parking space for two vehicles, and regular lawn service.The rates are $35 nightly _ $140 weekly _ $550 monthlyThe owner Tom is a good guy who keeps drama to a minimum, and the place stays in nice condition with his frequent visits.Walking distance to 3 gas stations, an affordable laundromat also provided by the owner Tom, a motel, and just down the road is a dollar store and more.
