Patriot RV Park - Burnet Reviews
I've been living there for going on 2 years. Adam the groundskeeper is really good people. He takes real good care of the property. The bathrooms in the laundry room as well.Always there to answer any questions.Charity the manager of the place she's really good at returning phone calls she never leaves you hanging.I've been to several RV parks in Texas and this one is very well maintained.A lot of the neighbors are upset with the new rules and regulations. But I think it's great the park looks wonderful. The regulations make people clean up the yards. Can't think one bad thing to say about the place.Love all my neighbors they're cool. The only complaint I got is we need bluebonnets lots of them.

Apr 08, 2025 · WolfClanN8tiveNew owners are nice at the least but do Like to reach into everyone pockets and raise rent multiple times a year and find the most outrageous ways to get more money out of you, like charging you for a shed that u bought with your own money and have had forever , on the lot u pay rent for already! dont fix the basic necessities, wouldn’t be surprised if they raise the rent for putting fire pits or a carport out front to protect your cars from these hail storms BARE MINIMUM is done you’re expected to fix any problems with plumbing or water leaks that wouldn’t be ur problem at all!CHARITY the park “MANAGER” is on a huge power trip the real owners need to check her
Sep 07, 2024 · Angel CGreat improvements since I lived there in 2006.however I only paid 125.00 A month for my spot back then and now THIER in bad way of road repairs trees trimmed you will put unwanted pin strips trying to park MANT.MAN NEEDED BADLY. Just the opinion of a fellow veteran.
Nov 26, 2024 · Billy SmithNo sign on 281 to show where park is. Mostly all residents. Was given site 103 for a 37 foot 5th wheel. Looked like site had not been used in years. Trees growing over site, weeds, barely any gravel. Barely big enough for a pop up. Do not use this campground. Ended up not staying the night and going to a different campground. Won't answer phone so no refund given.
