This RV Park SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.!Read on for the rest of the story: I had two days to find a place to park my 5th wheel or be parked on the side of the road. That being the case I chose to stay at the one and only place that had a vacancy, yet the roadside would have been a better choice in hindsite. To keep this account brief I will provide a timeline of the chain of events from my initial contact to my eventual departure only 2 weeks as a resident.First contacted the site manager a week prior to my deadline. Antoine provided me an application packet(incomplete) to fill out and return. Did so next day and was shown the space I would occupy. Was told on Friday I would hear back no later than Tuesday to be able to move in a few days in advance of the first.Due to no call or text on Wednesday I repeatedly called his and wifes cell eventually reaching her. Was informed just waiting for approval letter from property manager. Again, nothing up to Friday so I call several times leaving messages. Recieved a text message from Kemi staying the space I was shown and promised was being given to someone who applied months ago. First mention of any other applicant in front of me. With less than 48 hours before my deadline I'm now being told they might have something in a week or so. Of course I explained the position they had placed me in and stated to have the property manager call me within the hour.Drita(Property Mgr) calls late in the day apologizing for their screw up and offered another space that was vacating on my deadline date at other park. This is on the outside of the park on the street with a entrance/exit thoroughfare next to it. Having no other choice but to accept, I reluctantly move in on the first.Drita instructed me to concern myself only with the enormous move in costs totaling just under $1,700 including first, dep., upfront first months water, gas, elec, garb, and sewer. She would personally meet later in the week to complete all of the 50 some odd pages of disclosures, rental agreement, releases of liability for everything that I didnt receive until the day before I moved in, not w/appl. As stated in several docs requiring my sig. to confirm.Move in day site has abandoned lawnmower and debris everywhere. I clean the site prior to parking my 5th wheel, only to be greeted by Mr. Nieghbor who proceeds to enlighten me as to the known drug dealer behind me, a cockroach problem from hell that I could expect to invade by day two, in addition to his snyde remarks about the site managers along with the new park owners who had increased the rent between 35-40% excluding the previously included utilities.Making the best of it I proceeded to settle in and make it home. I then became aware of my next door neighbors sewer line leaking every time they used any water. Was told by site manager that wasn't their problem, I'd have to take it up with my nieghbor. I did and he proceeded to argue that his valves were closed, so there could be a leak, ignoring the sewage soaked soil directly surrounding the area leaking. I repaired it myself that evening.Trying to follow up on Dritas statement we would be meeting later in my first week. I contacted Kemi and Drita requesting an update as I had completed the paperwork, but hadn't signed all of it due to conflicting statements, documents stating I was responsible for the costs related to the asphalt and large overgrown Sycamore tree in my space, all costs and assumed all liability. Pointing out these glaring issues needing clarification or deletion/ addendum, was the reason for the incomplete nature of what I had been expected to sign.I was informed again by text after calls had been placed to both, that if I didnt sign all documents I would have to leave.I could go on with more of the same unbelievable content that's all documented in all the texts I saved to use in court.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, what more do I need to say. - Thomas P Hurley (Tommy)
