June 30 · Linda SandallMy experience with this park dates back 12 years, and in that 12 years I've watched as the present managers slowly but surely brought the curb appeal and general condition of the park from what was once rather tattered to the pleasing and well maintained property it is today. Greatly improving the overall quality of the park and the homes within. I feel confidant knowing that the investment I made when I chose this location will be protected in the future if i ever need to relocate and sell. Its centrally located with easy access to all of the day to day necessities in life. And walking distance to the Jordan river park way for enjoyable exercise and a fine way to escape the hustle and bustle of the day.
June 30 · VanceFormer resident, I would not recommend moving to this park. The managers (Utah & Rachel) harass you constantly, and threaten you with large fines for stupid things. They also lie and make things up as an excuse to tack on fees. They refuse to give the owners information, so there is no way to make a complaint about them. While living there I knew several neighbors who moved out due to the harassment. I never felt comfortable living there, they were always watching you. Neighbors where great, the managers not so much, they lack respect and boundaries. Also they sabotaged the sale of our house, trying to make us sale (at a huge loss) to their friend who wanted to buy it and flip it. They never even ran our buyers application, once again steeling their money. Please don't move there if you have any respect for yourself.
July 22 · UrbexChicParkway management will give you lawn care notices the day after you mow because it isn't short enough and won't tell you how tall to cut it. Parkway management will with hold your deposit because they can without proving damages. We're moving 1400 miles and filled our trashcans which mean no deposit? We hired Junk Kings (great company) to help but that's not good enough for Parkway. Or maybe it was the tree that Parkway removed and didn't kill the stump and we didn't so no deposit? If you choose to move here, hire a landscaping company and keep management at arms length because they feel they have to be in everybody's business.I will miss my neighbors but not the criminal management nor the clueless owners.
July 24 · Kane NexusGreat family community! The park is the nicest one I've seen around. It's well maintained and they work hard to keep it looking nice. We have lived here for about 6 years and have always been treated well. Highly recommend!
