Park of Four Seasons Reviews
I went in there to apply to the park for my sister and her husband who are disabled. The park management was extremely rude even held their hand in my face and told me to stop talking when I was trying to just simply trying to ask a question. They gave me attitude the entire time while going through the application and then said rude and insulting Opinions about the way my family is I never came back to turn in the application For my sister And told her to go somewhere else they need Better customer service. If they treated me like that, and I wasn’t even the one applying, I can’t imagine how they would treat my sister
Jun 14, 2025 · Maddelynne OdegaardIf i could rate this place 0/5 stars i would, but i can’t. this place sucks. me and my family have lived here for 9 years. one the pool is NEVER open. and don’t believe when they say “i’m balancing the chemicals” because they are not, they are just lazy people who don’t know how to run a pool. the girl in the office is so rude and disrespectful, when i asked why i can never get ahold of management she said “who even are you?” and then proceeded to say “i’m done with this conversation” when i brought it up. not only is it already not safe to be in severe weather in a trailer home the storm shelters are ALWAYS locked. we are “ Supposed to” get a key for the shelter but i’ve been here sense 2017 and have never received any short of key. the trailer homes suck and they keep raising prices, and they like to just shut off the water for hours or maybe even days and not tell us. the police are here at least one a day. all in all if you are thinking of moving here, DONT. run the other way.
Jun 17, 2025 · Chloe PerezDon't live here! They lie to everyone, they are cheap, unavailable management, shut your water off without notice. My daughter lives there and it's the worst decision they've ever made!!! Now stuck with a old run down trailer, high lot rent and now they want to charge for water and back charge as well. This could mean hundreds for folks who can barely make it as it is! This park is deceptive!! Not everyone one who lives there is an owner like they say, many are renters!!! Must advise to look elsewhere this park should not be able to operate as is does currently!
Apr 15, 2025 · Melissa LeeThis place is a joke!. What do they pay for??. I have lived here 10yr and every year it get worst. Main water shut off for the hole park to " fix risers". I have never seen work done on the roads other then trying to fix potholes that keep comomg back. Wont do tree work or dive ways. What does are rent money go to.

A MONTH LATER AND ALL THE CARS PARKED IN THE LOT SINCE SUMMER ARE STILL PARKED THERE WITH THE WARNING STICKERS STATING THE VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED FEBRUARY 6TH AT 8AM STILL ON THEM! MANAGEMENT OR EMPLOYEES ARE NASTY AND MEAN TO RESIDENTS.
