The new management is a joke they don't know how to plow snow and lack in a lot of areas customer service being one of them the lot rent hear has doubled in the last 10 years we have been hear and the quality of this place is not up kept at all there is numerous shelters throughout the park that has not been maintained in years. When I called corporate about the snow removal issues this year she was dismissive and wanted to stick up for the new management team but I offered to send this lady video footage as she said her plow drivers were out all weekend and she refused as anytime a car comes up my road my cameras go off to see who it is. I would not recommend this place to anyone until office staff and managers do something different because what they have going on now is not working.
Jan 20, 2024 · Mark BoothWe have lived here for going on four years for the most part things have been ok besides the trouble they have with matenance people and to my apion there due again I’m retired so I am home all day I see that pickup go by here fifty times a day or more if not going by it’s parked in the neighbors yard across the road making a mess of the yard I have seen him hauling stuff and it falling out of the pickup all the time tie stuff down is a good way to stop that but it happens all the time he can’t be getting much done dong all the driving around he is doing . Don’t you guys do back ground checks .
Mar 21, 2025 · dave wilsonThe New Management is a pain in my rear, they have nothing better to do but drive past my unit to see what is the next thing to tag my door for, I have lived hear almost 7 yrs, my 1st 5 yrs was very pleasant no complaints the past 2 yrs while they find a perfect replacement for the previous management is just a pain get off my rear, I’m not even happy living in the home I purchased I wish I could just have my trailer moved out of here, and the rent is absolutely insane to be a trailer park….

Been 2 days now waiting for one to show us where water turn off is, and complete blow off. Have 3 dogs that continues to get out and run free.These people should be fired and move back to Michigan!!!
