Generally, mobile home parks, including those owned by municipalities like La Habra, typically aim to provide fundamental services to their residents. These commonly include:
- On-site Management: Public information indicates that both Park La Habra and Park View La Habra, owned by the city and managed by Augusta Communities, have managers on site. This presence is intended to handle resident inquiries, enforce park rules, and manage daily operations.
- Lot Leasing: The primary service of a mobile home park is the provision of leased land (lots) where residents can place their manufactured homes. This often includes basic hook-ups for utilities.
- Utility Access: While utilities are typically paid by residents, the park facilitates access to essential services such as water, sewer, and potentially gas and electricity lines to each home site.
- Community Rules & Regulations: To maintain order and a certain standard of living, parks enforce a set of rules regarding home maintenance, noise levels, pet policies, and common area usage.
The differing perspectives in the reviews highlight potential inconsistencies in service delivery or perception. - Community Atmosphere (Mixed): While one review expresses severe dissatisfaction with management and park conditions, another notes "Very nice folks there." This suggests that despite potential challenges with overall park upkeep or management communication, there is a possibility for positive resident-to-resident interactions and a sense of community among neighbors.
- Management Presence: The city of La Habra, as the owner, confirms that "Both parks have a manager on site." While the effectiveness of this management is debated in one review, the physical presence of management is a standard feature.

Park La Habra Mobile Homes Reviews
My last review was removed not sure why. I am posting pictures of the condition of the park. Sue Mullens and Aimee Molsberry have let this park go. I do not recommend this park to anyone. If you complain about the condition of the park you will be evicted this is going on as we speak. The city of La Habra are the owners and they don't care about the residents. This and Park View La Habra are owned and operated by the same people. They only pick and choose who to have fix their homes and who gets to fix it. We are speaking out because we are sick and tired of the harassment by the management.I am a resident and they don't listen to us! pictures speak louder than word!
