Specific "Promotions or Special Offers" for Park City Mobile Home Park are not publicly detailed. Mobile home parks primarily operate on a model of long-term lot rentals, rather than short-term promotional discounts typically seen in other rental markets. The core "offer" of a mobile home park usually lies in its perceived affordability compared to alternative housing options in the area.
However, prospective residents interested in Park City Mobile Home Park should always directly contact the management to inquire about any potential financial arrangements or incentives that might be available. This could include:
- Lease Term Options: Different lease lengths (e.g., annual vs. multi-year) might come with varying rental rates or terms.
- New Resident Incentives: While not universally offered, some parks might provide a small concession for new residents, such as a waived application fee or a slightly reduced first month's rent.
- Move-in Assistance: In rare cases, some parks might offer limited assistance with moving a manufactured home onto a lot.
Given the nature of the housing market, confirming all rental terms, utility responsibilities, and any additional fees directly with the park management is the most crucial step to ensure transparency and avoid any unexpected costs. Sep 12, 2024 · John SmitheHighy unprofessional management. They seem to have a difficult time getting "paperwork" in order and in a timely manner....and don't even speak about getting an inspector in- they'll make every excuse in the book to delay the appointment. Very disappointed in their level of commitment to make a sale or transition easy....my advice is look elsewhere.
Nov 29, 2023 · Michelle AlbaGood place to call home. My kids go to gurnee schools and they love it. Management are on top of getting things cleaned up/ fixed but I think that helps keep the community looking clean and helps remind us to take care of the exterior part of our home. They also host events for the kids which is so nice of them and there is a teen center too. Overall it's great. The rent is decent, I think it's worth it especially when you live in a good school district and your right next to the tollway and in between two big cities (Gurnee/Waukegan). The police are also very nice and they make sure people drive safe and follow simple rules of the road...keeps our streets and kids safe.
