Oct 24, 2023 · Ronald BamfieldI don't recommend this place. I haven't even been here 2 and a half years and got 3 notices for lot rent increase. They don't do lawn care or pick up the trash or pay water or internet. The only thing you get is the honor of sitting here. 24 pages of rules. Certified letters if your gutters have anything growing in them.I was here 3 months and got an increase. I didn't even get a year at the price I was told. It went from 476 to 591 in less than 3 years.I was in the hospital for a month and someone working on the house behind me broke a water pipe. They shut my water off and I had to pay $232 to fix a pipe on property I didn't own and wasn't my fault. They only care about money. When the small SS raise comes in they will get all of it after raising lot rent $50 a month.I wish I would have went somewhere else.
