Paradise Valley Campground offers a comprehensive range of services and facilities designed to enhance the quality of life for its deeded lot owners and their guests. Many of these services contribute to its resort-like atmosphere:
- Deeded RV Lots with Full Hookups: The core service is the provision of individual, privately owned RV lots. These lots typically come with full hookups, including 30 and 50 amp electricity, water, and sewer connections, ensuring maximum convenience for modern RVs.
- Community Clubhouse: A central clubhouse serves as a gathering place for residents, facilitating social activities and providing a comfortable space for relaxation. Reviews specifically note the clubhouse is "nice."
- Swimming Pool: A community swimming pool is available, offering a refreshing amenity for relaxation and recreation, particularly during warmer months.
- WiFi and Cable Hookups: Essential for modern living, the campground provides WiFi access and cable hookups at sites, allowing residents to stay connected and entertained.
- Access to Town Creek: The presence of "Town Creek running through it" is a significant natural amenity, likely providing opportunities for creek-side enjoyment, possibly fishing, or simply the serene sounds of flowing water.
- Property Owners Association (POA) Management: As a deeded RV resort, the community is managed by a Property Owners Association (POA) or similar body, which oversees common areas, amenities, and enforces community guidelines to maintain property values and a high standard of living.
- Security and Gated Entry: The community is described as "gated," providing enhanced security and peace of mind for residents.

Paradise Valley Campground stands out through several distinctive features and highlights, reflecting its unique model as a deeded RV resort and its commitment to a high-quality lifestyle:
- Deeded RV Resort Model: This is arguably its most significant feature. The ability to own a "piece of Paradise" means residents have a permanent stake in the community, fostering a strong sense of pride and stability. This ownership model allows for improvements to individual lots, with many owners constructing "small cabins, sheds and other structures to augment their RV lifestyle," along with "beautiful gardens and significant landscape improvements."
- Natural Beauty and Tranquility: Nestled in the "beautiful foothills of the North Georgia Mountains," the campground offers stunning scenery and a "nice and quiet" atmosphere, especially during winter months, making it a peaceful escape. The presence of "fast flowing streams and pleasantly rolling terrain" adds to the serene ambiance.
- Active and Friendly Community: Reviews consistently highlight the positive social environment, noting it's a "very nice deeded RV resort" with "friendly folks." The "increased golf car activity as owners visit one another, attend bingo / card / potluck and other evening pastimes" suggests a vibrant social life, allowing residents to "participate as much or as little as you like."
- Mostly Seasonal with Year-Round Residents: While "mostly seasonal," the fact that "a few residents live here year round" demonstrates its viability and appeal as a permanent home for some, particularly those escaping summer heat from other regions like Florida.
- Big Rig Friendly (with considerations): While listed as "big rig friendly" on some platforms due to wide paved roads, one owner noted that "You need to be very comfortable with maneuvering" for coaches larger than 40ft, and some lots may not be ideal for very large rigs. However, many lots are spacious.
- Customizable Lots: Owners have the freedom to personalize their lots with landscaping and structures (within community guidelines), enhancing the beauty and functionality of the park.
- Convenient In-Park Transport: Golf carts are the "favored in-park transport," contributing to the relaxed, resort feel and making it easy for residents to move around and socialize.
- High Standards of Cleanliness and Organization: Although not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews for this exact location, the nature of a deeded resort and POA management typically implies a high standard of maintenance and organization for common areas.

Apr 15, 2025 · Sue SmithVery nice deeded RV resort with Town Creek running through it. Pool and clubhouse are nice amenities. Although a mostly seasonal park a few residents live here year round. Nice and quiet in the winter months
Feb 01, 2022 · Chris NonnemakerWe purchased a cabin in here in 2017. I refer to it as my happy place. It's safe and quiet. Yes, there are mostly senior citizens here because it's a second or 3rd home for most of us as this is a seasonal campground - not full time park.We have rules for what goes in certain trash dumpsters because of EPA regulations. No other reason. Nothing we can do about that. There are a bunch of great people in this campground. We love it here.
Jun 10, 2020 · SteveParadise Valley Campground is a great place to RV camp. The resort is very quiet and is kept very nice and clean. The pool is wonderful. The resort has lots of planned activities and fun social events to keep busy and entertained. The resort features lots of trees and shaded sites. The resort is located very close to shopping in Cleveland, Ga. The resort is also located near lots of wineries, hiking trails and waterfalls and is situated in between alpine Helen and Dahlonega. We love staying here.
