Paradise RV Resort Reviews
My overall experience was very positive. The owner and office manager were very friendly and highly recommend calling them if you have any questions or needs.Paradise RV Resort is private commercial campground located about 20-minutes north of Beaumont, TX on U.S. Highway 96 near the town of Silsbee, TX.Google Maps 3D satellite view was helpful in checking out the campground remotely. Attached are pictures that provide an overview and some pictures taken with my iPhone. The campground has spacious camping sites with full hook-ups (water, electric & sewer). We have a Class C motor home that did not require any leveling. There was plenty of room for our SUV.They have the largest dog park I’ve seen in a commercial campground. The dog park has a chain link fence around it.We had 3-4 bars on Verizon LTE and clear view of southern horizon for our Dish Network service. We use a Wally receiver and King Tailgater that automatically connects to Dish Network. The local channels were from Houston, TX.Inside our motor home, I cannot hear the noise from the highway but I can hear the nearby railroad train. The train does not bother me but it might be important to others.Tips: Google Maps was very helpful in finding restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There are Walmart stores in nearby Lumberton and Silsbee, TX. Generally, Walmart is very friendly to people traveling in motor homes and camping trailers.
Jan 21, 2020 · Joe RodriguezLevel sites with plenty of room for both our vehicles. Nice view of the lake where you can fish if you like. Some road traffic at times but easily to dismiss because it comes in bunches (mostly at going to work and home hours). A family of Canadian geese call it home while waiting for summer.
Feb 11, 2020 · Cindy StinsonGrass lots, grass not mowed at rv sites or pond areas,, out in country side with weak phone signals. Dirt & dusty roads . No signs posted of park entrance. No south bound turns or turn around. Very challenging for pulling rig to go south . No military or other discount. We evacuated from The Ida hurricane for three days , no wifi, no cable , little internet data service for $45 per nite . Reserved for 3 nights and stayed 2 . Left because it only made more additional stress of knowing our home in Houma La was damaged and no opportunity to communicate from this location.
Aug 31, 2021 · Joe EarhartIt has great lake for fishing. It has laundry, showers. It was very quiet and peaceful just sorry we had to leave dew to the hurricane.
Aug 25, 2020 · Liberty ManshackSuper nice park. Clean and well kept. The store has a great variety of products with fair prices. The tube rental is walking distance.
