Me and my family rented when it was called couches and wanted to know if new owner does that include the lady that lived in the trailer near the highway or is she still there . I remember couches didn't allow pets and wanted to know if that has changed since new owner. If you reply and answer my questions I will try to call when yall are open. Apr 24, 2025 · Tim CampbellFound one of the trailers on market place for sale for 4000 and went and looked at it and it was really sketchy. The lady supposedly selling this trailer said the man that owned it lived in Florida and to send him the 4k via Walmart pay. She took the listing down and I scrolled some more on marketplace and found the same trailer she was posting multiple times sold by different people. So I would LOVE to live in this park but it seems like yall got some scamming going on from your tenants that live in the park.
Feb 21, 2025 · Tiffany TaylorI don't currently live here(possibly in the future) but, its been my experience that most people who have "issues" with other tenants or management, USUALLY bring it on themselves and are hard to please individuals. Just about any place you live, is what YOU make of it! You can please SOME of the people all the time and, ALL the people some of the time BUT, you'll NEVER please ALL the people ALL THE TIME!
Apr 23, 2023 · Tom LeongI currently reside there and I have came to believe that others who have shared negative reviews are ones who are not easily pleased and are not content with what they have. I'm 55. For me, this is a good place with the solitude I need. No drugs or drama here, which is OK with me! What very few people (my immediate neighbors) I talk to seem to be "alright folks). I've been here almost 3 months and have to have ANYONE knock on my door asking for anything. In fact, I've been given a vacuum, set of silverware (new), and a tv from people around me without them even mentioning compensation or asking for anything! As far as management is concerned, I have no issues with them and I keep in contact with them. The maintenance man is a real, down to earth kinda guy who has been here a couple times, kept coming in fact, till the issue was resolved. I believe in my air conditioner and have yet to occur an overage. Management will, and has, helped me and I'm sure they would do the same for ANYONE else who would just talk to them! Roads are going to be fixed in August, when new ownership begins. Over time, this place has been "cleaned up" of drugs and excessive traffic with the installation of surveillance throughout the park. My hat is off to the monumental task and efforts put forth by the present park manager.
Jun 22, 2021 · Rodney GainesFirst the land lords were very nice. But the end wasn't pretty. We lived there from Jan 2016 to June 2016. $175 a week water & power included. It was not worth it! Light shined up from the floor at the sides of the wall in the bedroom. Holes in the floor. The smell of mold started in one part of the bedroom after about 2 months of living there. If you had any clothes fall in the floor, time to REWASH! They now smell of mold. The water kept braking as well. I asked about it multiple times, but only fixed once. then we got blamed for it breaking! This water problem caused us to have to boil water to do dished if someone took a shower. I would give one of my babies a bath, then boil water to give my other baby a bath. & you literally had 5 minutes or less to get your shower! The cheap air vents in the floor broke if you stepped on them. My 2 year old fell through one & hurt her leg very bad. The air was terrible!!! We ran 3 fans trying to get it below 75° in the place. (& it was a very small place) possums had tore into the air ducts, & they came into our home! My husband went to the bedroom & sat down on the bed. Heard something & turned to find a small possum on his pillow! I said something about this multiple multiple times & they just put in new but the same crappy vents. & we still had possums finding their way on some how. They never fixed the air problem & our place was directly in the sun! BUGS!!!! When we moved in I had to clean up big crap everywhere. But we only saw one every once in a while. After they fixed the water the guy worned us they might get bad. And they did!! I had to buy bug killer so we wouldn't bring them into our new place. Plus after A LOT of research we found out that the reason we had welps on us, was bed bugs. I've never seen one in my life! But we had to through away a bed set because they had taken it over! Or last week there we slept on the floor of the living room. They were going up the wall! Turns out they were living in the walls & carpet, the hot weather brought them out more. All in all this place was freaking terrible!!!
