The manager there is so rude my step mom has lived there for OVER 7 years and she has payed her rent and she went to go pay her rent and the manager doesn't want to except her rent and is kicking her out just because she doesn't like her and my step mom has no problem with the manager. To be honest I love the tailor park I lived there for 1 years and I feel like I've lived there my hole life
Apr 06, 2024 · Cynthia MontgomeryBarnesThe park management is very rude racist and has shows favoritism to current tentints they are very wishy washy with the rules at the park that all depends on who she wants to be that day I would recommend finding new management and then I would rate it 4 stars
Apr 11, 2024 · Jhon RyanThis place is so silly, it thinks it's a five-star Park, when really in essence is only a one or two. It started off as a overnight RV parking back in the '50s, and now it has stationary mobile homes. That's good and fine, but they're so silly that nobody is allowed to park in front of their mobile homes, they must Park in four spaces that are available in each section at the washing machine building. If you do not follow this rule they will have your car towed! What makes it so ridiculous is that some cars are left in those designated areas for days on end without movement so there's no parking spaces!
Sep 27, 2022 · George LowneyThe new owners are extremely patronizing.I’ve lived here for over 10 years.Management is horrible. You never really know what side of her you’re going to get, because one day she can let you park the car somewhere and the next moment she will call the tow truck on you after she said it was okay to park thereBecause I am a hispanic(Insert patronizing cis gender white male name ) assumed I was unable to understand what was told to me.When I mentioned I am fluent on multiple languages he then told me we didn’t need to have a conversation. Based on our conversation not only is he patronizing but he is racist. And it’s extremely concerning in a mobile home park filled with mainly Hispanic residents that the new owners are racist.
Aug 20, 2022 · Monica FloresIf I could give 0 stars I would. The new owners don’t care for the people in the park or making it a comfortable living space. It’s obvious they invested in it for the sole purpose of collecting money from the tenants.Management is completely deranged and unable to create structure. Would not recommend living here!!! Seriously, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
