I was very surprised on the first visit this community. The park club house is so attractive and bright. It is very clean and so much fresh air which made me feel very good. I met the manager, Casey, and realized that she is the reason for this atmosphere. She is very professional, helpful and kind. The park fee is affordable too and water is included in it! I talked to myself, this is a 10/10 at this price!

Mar 29, 2025 · William EamesI am moving out of this park partly because of the management. The park itself is decent. It has a beautiful clubhouse and pool. It is pretty well maintained. The manager has quite an attitude and seems only to cater to white residents. Quite a number of residents who are people of color have expressed that there is an overtone of racism. There seems to be a particular crowd of white residents who have the manager's ear. She makes no effort at engaging what is becoming a mostly non-white community. She is often not in the office even at the beginning of the month when many people want to pay their rent in person. She has a very aggressive dog that she has let run free with her when she rides her bike. She yelled at residents for taking donuts out of the clubhouse at the weekly coffee and donuts, not understanding that many of the people of color do not feel welcomed by the regular attendees. There are many who do not feel comfortable enough with their English to stay and visit. She puts out a monthly newsletter that is often late and full of unnecessary material and has nothing at all about the residents. She says there is money for activities but has never told us how much and arbitrarily sets up events without asking what folks really want. She often complains about how she is treated with little awareness that she brings a lot of criticism on herself. I hope TRI will do something to address the problems here.

Oct 18, 2024 · Dameon RosanWell let's start with the residents. Nice bunch for the most part,however there's a choice group of folks who decide who gets to so what. And who doesn't. Example, if u have company and aren't on the deans list or within that circle of oldness and racial bias , u will be getting regular notices of the rules and writeups to follow. Also included are that one neighbor who is the pot that calls the kettle black with a cellphone camera and the office and police on speed dial. Ready to turn the residents in awake at all hours ( no lie) reporting who what and when. With a short clip to boot. Law breakers and bad management can be found within. It's not all bad. Just a few ppl from a special groups. With a huge helping of entitlement. Inside ploting on you ,outside handshakes and a smile. Mildly racist, judgemental and unprofessional is what I'm leaning towards for my review. I know a few residents on this property on either side and a few across from the club house. Aside from a few bad residents making for a whole lot of absolute miserable living conditions. Not sure at this point if the resident has the manager against the wall. All this and I don't even live here. But thats how this park rolls. This review does NOT share the same views as the residents. I act alone as I'm solely responsible and find it necessary to say at the very least.. special park rules for some and not others. Very nosey neighbors, and the management allegedly supports this. "Here at Olympia commons we believe in character defamation and wholesome and friendly secret video clips as inadmissible evidence...allegedly." is what the paper should read.
