The park has been without management for a year so residents have been able to get away with a lot. Once it’s cleaned up it will be a very nice place to live. The photos on the website do NOT depict how the park looks at all. There have been no "resident events" at the park, there is no playground here and, although you're allowed to have pets, there is no grassy area or decent place to walk them.
