Oakwood Mobile Homes Reviews
Been Living here for a few months, and I am liking the place. Other then some kids playing in the roads and not moving and an older gentleman urinating on the trees outside. It is very quiet and the landlord and lady are very nice and respond well to any issues tenants are having.
Mar 16, 2016 · Jazi Hugheyworst management company EVER! the community itself is fine, lots of kids, mostly quiet though. all three managers so far have been very nice but somehow ..so far, always seem to get fired. the management company is run by a tyrannical person who seems to believe they are untouchable! charging late fees even when your rent is on time because they choose to deposit your payment after their said date, which also changes frequently. changing park rules to what suits them at the time. in my opinion the absolute worst management company i have ever dealt with in my entire life!!. and i have lived in three states. i would not recommend this place to anyone, they have made it almost impossible to sell a home there, the buyer must be approved and there is a"new" right to refusal" added last year that also determines whether or not you can sell your home to whom you choose. all in all, just a big ol' mess! property mangers say one thing , while the "official" who is another state, says something completely different over the phone. everyone in the area is aware of the place, and the management company that runs it, drainage is terrible, water gets shut off at least once a week and boil advisories are issued right along with them, the water is free there, but ya never know when you go to the faucet if its gonna work or not. feral cats that they also refuse to do anything about. parking is inadequate ,uneven and not spaced properly per home. some people take up half an acre of land, while others only have a few swipes with the mower while all paying the same amount in lot rent. just unfair and biased. i would not recommend it for a dog let alone a family.
Apr 26, 2019 · shawn wThe place is getting a lot better now cleaner and the owners are trying to do something about fixing the park in the manager I'm doing a real good job with the cards that she was delt in the management will work with you if you end up having family problems or medical issues as long as you make arrangements with them the real decent people to deal with and they will do anything to help you out as long as you ask and stick to what you agree to hope you have a good day
Jul 10, 2019 · Ben BriggsPaid for a background check and after a week and half of not getting the email that i was suppose to get I called and told them I wanted my money back because they didn't do the check and I had found another home else where. It was then when they decide to run it so they didn't have to refund my money.
