Apr 08, 2025 · Roger LauderdaleHorrible place to move. Lot rent is crazy expensive for the size of lot you get. My husband has gotten his truck broke Into a couple times. Neighbors throw their trash in your bins. Also There is a serious stray cat problem that they dont care about. The visitor parking ir terrible.Office personnel is bad at answering your calls and when they do they always seem to be in a bad mood. Pool is so little only 3ft tall. There has been plans to build the new amenities center for over 3 yrs now and nothing has been done.

It's noisy, parking is pick asf even though I pay $800/month lot rent, god forbid your grass grows cause they want it cut off, been here 5 years and all they do is look for a reason to boot you out or make money off these BS fines. Pls pls o will recommend think twice before get home here . There is a lot people are leaving this .cus there is only 2 parking spots when you purchased 3-4 bedrooms but is very expensive and the laner of wall falling apart they . .I regret it that charging me for parks on side roads. Etc . So not works it .
