May 19 · Mary SettlemireA family member moved here to this 55+ mobile home park. Units are stacked on top of eachother but the location is great, with plenty of amenities, and residents are friendly. There's a beautiful 1/3 mile walking path around the lake, as well as clean public facilities (pool, spa, club house). Plenty and easy visitor parking too. Easy golf cart and walking path too shops, coffee and vendors too. 30 minutes south to Fresno, 40 minutes north to Yosemite NP entrance. Also only 20 minutes to Bass Lake resort and 10 minutes to Casino.
