Aug 31, 2022 · Mayla SmithNone of the problems are being fixed no matter what I try to do. To list a few (these are in all the trailers and cabins, i have been in them all have the same problem) the place has severe toxic black mold, toxic white water, broken sinks, rotten roof and floors, rat, cocroach, ant colonies in the rotten roof (there are so many ants it looks like certain parts of the wall move), leaking ceiling, oven leaks gas, lock on the door is broken as well as the door being covered in mold (I have done my best to clean it but the list goes on) ect. Do NOT rent from this property no matter how desperate you are. It has caused so many health problems for me don't do what I did.
