Jan 12, 2025 · Jaime Marie ScottI moved here a few months ago and it’s been a great place to stay. I had no place to go as everything else around the area was full and they were 6 months max so I would have to pick up and go. This place is month to month and I can stay for as long as I would like. It’s a quiet little park close to everything shops restaurants and entertainment. Everyone at the park is friendly, never any issues, it’s well maintained and the owner is the best. Angela has been great since day one and I am very appreciative of everything she has done to help me. She is a phone call away and always happy to assist me! She was and will continue to be a blessing to me. Thank you Angela!!!
Jan 12, 2025 · Michael PerezA great place for work or play.I was sent to Fort Lauderdale for work and expected to be here for about 2 years. Every campground within a reasonable distance from my job site all had the same “6 months only” policy, but Angela doesn’t have such limitations. Stay for as long as you need.Other than the intermediate plane overhead it is a very quiet park that is highly maintained, be it the roads or the landscaping. There are 3 ways into the park with no back way out so security and safety is no concern. There is waterfront walking areas with the occasional iguana sunbathing if you have a dog that wants to go on a 5 second hunt before the lizard dives into the water. The neighbors are all respectful and nice, and will engage in conversation or give you solitude, whatever you so desire. The park is located about 8 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale (less than that if you learn the backroads), 4 minutes from the airport, and within a 5 minute walk of a great seafood restaurant.I would recommend this park to anyone in Fort Lauderdale needing a place to stay, be it short term or for a long haul, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
Jan 12, 2025 · Kevin KangeterI bought an RV in May to live in. Looking around most places cater to tourists and only allow you to stay for 6 months at a time. I couldn’t see myself relocating every six months. I still work full time and needed a home base between my excursions. I am allowed to stay as long as I want, paying month to month. There are people here that have been here for a while, which was comforting. I am surrounded by a good group of neighbors that are nice and informative if I ever have any questions. It is quiet here and people keep to themselves. I am glad that I moved here. Yes, there are planes that fly up above but, I don’t find them bothersome and I enjoy watching them at times. I am fully hooked up with no issues. I even have xfinity service. Angela is always super helpful if I need to reach out to her. I find it to be a cute neighborhood in the middle of everything. I feel safe here and would recommend this place. It is always well maintained.
Sep 28, 2024 · Chad MennitiI've been here several months and really like it. The location is amazing imo. Right next to I95, griffin st tri-rail, FL airport, dania point (lots of shopping options and restaurants) and close to dania beach. Gas stations, fast food, grocery and autoparts stores nearby. Even some nightlife options within walking distance. I'm from a city environment so the planes don't bother me at all.Owner is kind of picky about who stays there and I've found it pretty safe and peaceful there. You stay on the owners good side and she's very nice and helpful, get on her bad side and you'll have a rough go at it in her park. I like it better there than the other parks I've stayed at in broward county
