★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely the WORST place you could ever live or rent. PERIOD. Your not allowed to have company or your companies vehicle will be towed. They are rude and make up new rules for the park all the time. As soon as my 1 year is up we are moving. Worst place to ever stay. 0/10 recommend. New management all the time. Don’t waist your time or money. I started paying 1100 am now paying 1400 to stay in a trailer that’s brand new and already falling apart.
March 03 · Culton MyersI have nothing good to say . I would like a corporate contract person and or number. I have a few complaints and unresolved maintenance issues. They want rent on time or threaten you immediately with eviction but want repair anything
February 15 · Keturah McClendonDo not considered living here. My recommendation is run!! I've had nothing but issues since moving here. Kids running around tearing stuff up in my yard. Can't ever get ahold of anyone is there's an issue. When you do get ahold of someone you get the run around. Nothing is ever resolved. Don't believe the incentives to move in. I've been here over 6mo and yet to received mine.
November 06 · Jus GoodmanBeware of Northbrook Mobile Home Community – Unethical Practices and Intimidation Tactics!I’ve lived at Northbrook for a while now, and let me tell you, things have gone completely downhill over the last year. Management used to be decent, but now it’s a nightmare. The community's practices have become downright unethical.Instead of addressing resident concerns professionally, they rely on intimidation tactics. I’ve personally received phone calls where I was pressured and made to feel uncomfortable, as if their main goal is to bully people into compliance. This isn’t just one isolated incident either—there’s a pattern here, and it’s only getting worse. If you’re a current resident and experiencing any of these issues, I highly recommend you contact corporate directly. The local management here is no longer trustworthy, and it seems they are more focused on enforcing ridiculous policies than maintaining the community.Bottom line: Avoid Northbrook if you value peace of mind and ethical management. This place is not what it used to be!
