Ninety Nine RV Park Introduce
For RV travelers and long-term residents seeking an accessible base of operations in the Southwest Washington region, **Ninety Nine RV Park** in Vancouver, WA, offers full-service accommodations. Located strategically near the Interstate 5 and Interstate 205 interchange, this RV Inn Style Resort community caters to those who prioritize convenient travel access and essential utility hookups. The park’s primary value proposition is its location and provision of core RV necessities, making it a functional option for short stays or extended residency in the Vancouver area.
Prospective campers and long-term guests should be aware that, as a large and conveniently located commercial RV park, the experience can vary. While management aims to provide a clean and safe environment, some resident feedback has highlighted challenges with noise and maintenance, which are important factors to consider before booking. However, the park offers fundamental amenities like full hookups and on-site services, ensuring a practical stay. This overview provides local Washington users with factual details about the park’s offerings, policies, and location to help inform their travel or housing decisions.
### Introduction / Overview
Ninety Nine RV Park, part of the **RV Inn Style Resorts** portfolio, is an RV park designed to accommodate a diverse range of recreational vehicles with **full hook-up spaces**. This includes non-metered **30/50 amp electric service**, a crucial feature for modern RVs. Situated in Vancouver, WA, it serves as a gateway to both the natural beauty of the Columbia River Gorge and the urban amenities of Vancouver and nearby Portland, Oregon. The park’s official hours are generally between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with procedures in place for after-hours arrivals for those with existing reservations.
The park is clear about its community expectations, emphasizing that sites must be kept **litter and clutter free**, prohibiting tents, storage units, clothes lines, and excessive debris to maintain a clean appearance. However, customer feedback offers mixed reviews regarding the park’s overall condition and maintenance consistency. While some guests have praised the staff as accommodating and the park as clean and tidy, others have voiced strong dissatisfaction, citing a lack of maintenance, prominent highway noise, and the condition of facilities like bathrooms and showers. This difference in experience suggests that management and maintenance quality may fluctuate, and potential residents should inquire about the current state of the park. The management company utilizes a centralized system, which some residents have noted involves a **call center** rather than direct, on-site personnel for initial contact, which can affect immediate service responsiveness.
### Location and Accessibility
The park is strategically located at **1913 NE Leichner Rd, Vancouver, WA 98686, USA**. Its proximity to the junction of **I-5 and I-205** is a major benefit for travelers, offering extremely convenient freeway access for exploring the Northwest. The location is ideal for quick drives to local attractions like the Clark County Fairgrounds & RV Inn Style Amphitheater and Ilani Casino, as well as the bustling Vancouver Waterfront.
Despite the excellent road access, the proximity to major highways also contributes to **prominent highway noise**, a frequently noted drawback in customer reviews. This is a critical factor for guests who prioritize quiet and peaceful surroundings. For accessibility, the park includes important features to accommodate all guests: a **Wheelchair accessible entrance** and **Wheelchair accessible parking lot**. Furthermore, **on-site parking** is available, with a general rule of one RV and one tow vehicle per site, and restrictions on parking in vacant sites. The surrounding area in Vancouver provides easy access to shopping centers, dining, two medical centers, and walking trails, making daily errands and necessities easily reachable from the park.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The location is ok, but other than that this place is pretty terrible. Arrived after hours, and didn't have any packet, instructions, or codes. The highway noise is very prominent. The dog area has a fence that can't contain dogs. Everything at the park is in rough shape and falling apart, including a good majority of the rvs that are residing there. They let people pile up junk and trash outside of their RV. Most importantly, their cancellation policy says 30 days or no refund. I appreciate them letting me use the refund credit for a different park, but after staying here I'm not hopeful that it will be better. They also have a call center instead of talking to the parks directly. This is the worst RV park we have ever stayed at.
May 25 · Grace AndesRV Inn Style's 99 RV Park is probably the worst in the Vancouver, WA area. RV Inn Style is also a very unethical company. They do basically no maintenance or repairs at the facility, but charge very large fees. Bathrooms and showers are horrific. No manager onsite and they rarely answer their phone. Highly not recommend.
August 15 · Dan AStayed here for a month with my partner and our pups and we appreciated the walkability to a grocery store, a coffee shop and places to walk our dogs. The park does have dog parks, but the fences aren't going to keep your dogs in. The laundry machines worked great and it only cost $2 a wash and same for a dry. We never saw anyone working in the lobby, but there was a sign on the door with a number you could call. The people there were friendly and we appreciated that it was only 10 minutes from downtown Vancouver, and 20 minutes from Portland. Also, just over half a mile away is a beautiful walk through a nature preserve. It's not a vacation spot, but if you want access to nature and a place to park your rig, it's worth a shot.
July 08 · Hannah BradshawThis was by far the worst RV park I’ve ever stayed at. We paid nearly $300 for just three nights, and the experience was disappointing from the start. There was no one at the office to check us in, and they changed our site last minute without notifying me—I only found out by checking the receipt. The park has many long-term residents with broken-down vehicles and clutter everywhere. People were coming and going at 2–3 AM, slamming doors and making it hard to sleep. Noise from the nearby freeway was constant. We also had repeated power issues—the breaker in our box was completely loose. Water pressure was basically nonexistent, and there was no grass at our site.Overall, this place was a complete joke. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
June 29 · Matt PoppoffDefinitely not worth the money! The place is old. The women’s bathroom only had two showers and two toilets, no mirror over the sink and a blinking light over the sink. There are no amenities to speak of other than a laundry room. There’s no Wi-Fi. This place was way overpriced and wouldn’t have been worth the money for half of what we paid!
