My family and I lived here from 2019 to 2022 the management and ownership changed in about a year after living there and I’m so glad it did. We he new owners and workers were the best! If I had any issues arise they fixed it in a timely manner. They also cleaned up the park and did a ton of repairs making the outside look really nice. I highly recommend living here. We loved it the only reason we moved was because we built a house of our own we needed something bigger. These people are awesome to work with I give it a well worth 5 stars!

We lived on impala way and I went to talk to Lee (the owner) I told him we was moving and he said that was fine and the next day he bring a eviction letter to me and he told us we had 24 hours to be out. The next day we took a load of stuff to storage and it was raining so we didn't take the tvs and other electronics that could not get wet and I called Lee and told him if he could give us one more day we would get the stuff out he said fine. We went the next morning and everything was gone he had guys from the trailer park to put all out stuff in the dumpster and the stomped the TV screens and the grandfather clocks the cops would not do anything about it.

Just heard she was leaving which really is sad to see because she did such an amazing job and she went out of her way for everyone here.
