Night RV Park Reviews
If a negative rating score were available, this place would get one. No matter it is a trailer park decimated by the flooding last summer, the condition of the service, the "so called road/drive way" has 20 year old pot holes 4-8 inches deep which cannot be avoided no matter the path you take, a caretaker and her extremely un-jolly band of permanent residents, sewer stench from hell due to not a single sewer cap or cover on any drain on any site. Trash strewn immediately behind each and every lot, even though 2 dumpster are available on premise. A minimum of 4-5 residents must work for Uber or have their own on-call drug delivery service 24/7's. Paid for a week, and yes received the warning about "no refunds, no exceptions, never! CASH ONLY! You will regret it, I have, many times over...
Dec 27, 2017 · Ed DennisRecently stayed at this park again after some years. Park was great. Has been completely redone. New asphalt road and camper parking has been redone. They are gravel spots but we’ll leveled. A mix of campers. Some new and some older campers. Park was clean. I’ll be back next time I am in area. Park is so close to all Baton Rouge has to offer.
Aug 28, 2021 · B ARtelThe website said $40 a night but the gentleman said that was an old website. He charged us $50 for an uneven gravel bed which I feel is far too much to pay for an overnight stay here. There is no washroom/ shower/ laundry. It did have a decent wifi. This would be a fair value at the $30 a night fee. I would recommend driving a little further and paying a bit more for a Good Nights stay.
Feb 07, 2024 · Ralph SSeem to be evicting everyone that's been here for a while, and moving in immigrants. Just got evicted. Not sure what rules were broken because we've never received a list of any "park rules" and never received a copy of the lease agreement. Owner won't talk to the tenants he's evicting, leaves the dirty work to the park manager.
Nov 08, 2022 · Camie JamesI enjoyed a long stay at Knight RV and the management was always on top of any issues. They are friendly good hardworking people. The area is well kept and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful with an empty field on one side and some woods along the other. There can be some traffic in and out in the mornings and evenings but overall very quiet atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
