Neapolitan Cove RV Resort Reviews
It very clean facility. The wash area is priced reasonably. It is more for a Adult than children. My husband and I found it very convenient for us. We stay there every year.We come down for a trade show on Marco Island. Great area to ride bikes and walk our fur babys.
Jul 03, 2025 · Melanie BassTerrible experience. The lady who manages this park is a total nightmare to deal with. Very, very rude. There are plenty of other "resorts" to stay at that offer way more amenities. All they have is a tiny pool that fits 10 people max. Nothing else. No showers on site, no pickleball, no shuffle board, no playground, no where to stretch out. The whole place needs a major makeover. There's more rules than relaxing and the vibe is very uptight. Stay somewhere else!

Jun 03, 2025 · Tom Weathersby💥🚫AVOID THIS PLACE!!.🚫 The parking lot of a Walmart or Cracker Barrel would be better than this place!!! It's not a place for big rigs even though they told us it is. The only room for big rigs is along the wall next to the busy, all-night sounds of cars racing, constant traffic noise & police sirens. No space behind the camper and wall, and the picnic table they offered should be used as firewood it was disgusting! There is no security from random street people walking into this park , so make sure you lock up everything if you decide to stay here, just a warning. The site spaces they offer for the wall sites, to us, was $115.00 a night, omg I was appalled at the price for that parking lot site and added large orange cones for safety, lol, so the trucks & cars don't run into us, while exiting our camper. Our 5th wheel should not have been accepted in this place when they knew the size of the camper & truck. I feel it was a money thing to fill the spaces. We got a song & dance from these 2 women when we were planning our trip the prior year, and it is not a problem with the size of our 5th whee & truck, it was a problem. This was a parking asphalt driveway where the delivery trucks come and go all day in front of the campers. I'm not happy at all about this setup. I see it as a safety problem, and any of these trucks or other vehicles can easily crash right into the campers along these wall sites and kill someone. There were little kids around the campers on bikes and walking their pets on this roadway as well, not good. There is no speed limit these trucks & cars abide to when they make their deliveries or pickups to the office that I saw, either. They, Wanda & Tiffany, said these spaces next to the walls are used as an overflow until there is a place opened, in the other sites across the street & sidewalk on the other side of the trees. Those sites are not roomy and pack in like sardines. There are lots of trees to maneuver around, hard to make turns, or trying to back in the tight spaces, just a difficult place for campers. This park is a very poor design to accommodate large campers and the trucks that pull them. Most camper truck/vehicles, I witnessed, have to park them in this haphazardly parking lot, next to the wall as well, just down from the wall camping sites, dont have room. The customer service we received from Tiffany & Wanda was atrocious and unprofessional. Their manners and how they talk to you on the phone or in person were horrible! They tell you there is NO REFUNDS on reservations if you need to cancel, even if you give them advance notice. They will only give you credit and will keep your money until you have a chance to use it later on, if you still want to go there or just lose out on your money. I also see this location as a fire hazard or difficult for EMS units to enter, if needed. It would be hard to evacuate quickly when there is only one way in or out and not a lot of room in this place for emergency vehicles. I couldn't wait to leave this place, what they call a resort. it is nothing like a resort, and we have been to many camp grounds & resorts around the county. Just because it's in Naples, I won't give this place a 5star, I would give it -5 or lower. I would ban this place and never return, and if someone asks my opinion of this place, I would black list it.. I would find someplace else, and thank goodness we did, left asap! and it was so much better, and the place is beautiful !*note: I did read reviews they seem like ghost reviews in the 5-star rates, and some statements, being said, seemed to be fake, I feel. This is a straight to the point review on this place, and Iwanted others to be informed of it. They are not listed in the BBB either. What a shame, but this review needed said so you all don't get bamboozled or treated like we were. Never had any problems with all the other places we've been to while touring the county. Do your research and hope this helps your decision before making a reservation here, but it had to be done.(In my opinion). Happy Trails.
Mar 09, 2025 · Holly ScottWe stayed here for 3 nights at the end of September 2024. While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were issues. Wanda inadvertently charged us for 4 nights instead of 3, but she apologized and credited us the difference when I pointed it out, and she was friendly. Our arrival wasn't quite as smooth. Whoever designed this park did not design it for modern RVs as the sites are very narrow and hard to get into and out of. All of the landscaping looks great, but it's just not practical when trying to swing a large RV into a site. Many of the trees, light poles, and landscaping get in the way. We off-tracked well into the grass, even though I drove as close as I could to the opposing tree, and even up onto the patio. We had no choice if we wanted to get into the site. Had we been assigned the site next to it, there would have been no way we could have made it into the site as we would have off-tracked right into a light pole. Then, as we were trying to negotiate into the site, a lady came up to us on her cell phone, asking who I was, and then she said "so, what are you going to do, pull forward and then back up" like she was trying to micromanage how we got into the site. She did not introduce herself. I told her correct, and then continued to finish lining up properly. Eventually her husband showed up and told us they are the camp hosts. He was much friendlier. It would have been nice if she had said that, but she really needs to remember not to bother people while they are trying to park. That is dangerous. Let people get situated first, then come introduce yourself after they get settled in. Other than that experience and the very tight sites, the park was pretty nice. Laundry machines worked well and were only $1 each. The pool is nice, but very small with a capacity of only 12 people. The dog walk is nothing more than a retention pond. They really should fence in a proper dog park. I would not consider this park to be big rig friendly as it sits, without a re-design that provides much more angle getting into and out of the pull-thru sites. Fine if you're maybe 40' or less, but it was extremely tight for our F450 and 48' fifth wheel to maneuver into our site.
