REALLY !!!!! I will not saddle ourselves with such debt per month. A actual Home with a foundation in many cases is far cheaper. I have empathy for people that have lived there for some time, on limited funds to live on, and now face this exorbitant price. I don't see how they will be able to sell these homes if need be.The people that live there take pride in their homes and community. It is very Clean and nice. This is more because of the residents than ownership.

Raised the rent for residents by 24% now. New Residents by over $400.00. Would think twice about moving into a Legacy Community.
