to begin, KIM at the front desk is very rude and snotty, seriously. and after expressing that to other campers and even other staff- it’s not uncommon. not helpful or polite at all, some education in hospitality is critical. everyone else at the office and store is amazing!speaking of amazing, so is the manager Mike, he really cares about his guests and has a great personality.the bartenders are all kickin it, as well! they’re welcoming, easy to talk to, and all around such a great vibe at the marina.the guests and residents there are all a good time too and everyone feels like family.i saw some reviews about poor wifi or cable, it worked smoothly for us and honestly when you’re camping wifi and TV shouldn’t be so critical.the rest of your staff turned it around completely and was a great stay! definitely recommend to friends and family. - alyssa rodriguez
