Moore Santa Fe Estates is a great place to rent or finance!

Jun 04, 2025 · 405 guyAfter over 18 years of my mother living in the trailer park, I have the opportunity to go to Oklahoma County Courthouse for her eviction hearing. My mother paid her lot payment; however, the trailer park is attempting to seize the trailer and evict her. No reason posted on the office generated eviction notice or the summons. So, I will be intrigued by what violation of her newly signed lease she is being evicted for.Update - my mother's being evicted for the office manager and her attorney committing perjury by claiming my mother was on a month-to-month basis, yet they took the lot payment based on the signed 12-month lease. My mother's air conditioner, hot water tank, floors, and water damage are all issues the trailer park refuses to repair, citing it is not owned by the trailer park. However, the trailer park is dictating who can live in the trailer they claimed is not theirs. My mother was given one weekend to leave the trailer, so they stole it and two weeks of the lot payment. This may result in felony charges against the manager, her attorney, and the judge, as an accessory. Ignorance is not a defense against a criminal offense, this includes the judge who refused to read the lease, or let the tenant speak to defend herself.I would strongly not recommend moving here.My younger brother is dead because of the direct result of the perjury committed by the property manager and her lawyer. They were forced out in October, putting my younger brother and mother homeless. Thank you, for causing the death of my 36 year old brother!!!If you own your trailer, the property manager will lie under oath to steal the trailer. If you are renting one of their trailers, you are at a higher risk of becoming homeless. If you think paying rent and lot payments will prevent you from homelessness, think again. Look for appendix 13 (rules). If you don't have it, they can make up rules as they want.Update: My mother was evicted from her trailer in October. This is the middle of February, and the stolen trailer is still unoccupied on the lot. So far, the trailer park has lost 4 months of lot payments equalling to over $1200. The trailer park has had to clean the debris left by other tenants multiple times. The shed has been broken into and the contents were spread over the yard. This is what the property manager wanted. They can't move or do anything to the trailer until they contact the title owner. Even then, they have to wait another 30 days before it is declared an abandoned property.If you are considering moving here, make sure you have a real estate lawyer review the lease and all of the supporting documents. Otherwise, this can happen to you.
Feb 16, 2025 · J PI've lived here about two months and I love it!! No loud neighbors no more parking problems. Great staff quick and efficient maintenance team!! So glad we moved here..... So now here I am at the end of my lease and can't wait to move. Fully expect to have roaches in your home something we didn't have until we moved here. Expect every neighborhood kid to be running through your yard leaving trash stealing your child's toys. Expect them to be leaving notices nitpicking about your grass but can't keep the kids out of your yard. On the plus side my water bill was great and electric never too high. The ladies in the office do a great job but there's only so much they are allowed to do. Plz be mindful that your neighbors driveway is 2 ft from your bedroom window. For the price you'll pay for rent for a trailer you might as well get a house also they do have a tornado shelter but once everybody in the park crimes in it for a tornado it gets to be 150° can't breathe and then you got home boy lighting a cigarette

I called in and asked for information, she sent me a application same day(Friday), she called me on Monday and said we where approved! I paid the deposit same day(Monday), but had to wait 3 days because the trailer was getting new appliances and carpet(no big deal at all)!! We got moved in and love it. They work with you, and when things need to be taken care of they get it done!The only reason I didn't put a 5star review is because the kids in this area! There is a group of young kids(9-13) both boys and girls who basically cop knock and run every weekend sometimes twice in one night! This is just annoying and when u have a 3month old it kind of messes up your whole night! The kids across from me leave trash, toys, and other things all across our yards, and in the street. Some residents tend to drive a little fast and the parents let kids who are maybe 2-3 years old just roam around with a 8-9 year old.With all that being said the property is not bad at all, it's some of the people who are! Kids are not watched and they mess things up! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, just watch for kiddos!
