I have lived in this park for 12 years. Bobbi is one of the best managers I've seen so far. We haven't always seen eye to eye, but she always addresses issues with respect and compassion. The park looks better than it has ever looked . The park is quiet and clean and kids are safe to play. I've been working on my yard and wanted to post my progress . Bobbi has bent over backwards to help us and work with us on our various yard issues. Thank you ghb for hiring Bobbi❤️.
May 28, 2025 · gina andersonThe best property manager I have ever dealt with. She ( Bobbi )goes above and beyond for her renters. I went through a hard month once and she was amazing. Did not make me feel bad and work through it with me. Not only is she very good to the renters she makes sure the property looks great and she gets things done when there is a repair or anything else. The community is great I was hoping to stay with them but am having to down size and the manager was great when I had to tell her I was gonna have to move. So if you are looking for a great place that are great to there renters. Hit them up. It’s nice and quiet place where you are treated very well.
Feb 22, 2025 · Cory LeeDoes anyone know how to get ahold of corporate!!???? We have been here at least 12 years. Never late on our rent. We own our trailer. Matter of fact we have one of the nicest lot here. We got my dad to move in to the park two months ago and the park owes us $250. I have called several times and nothing! And now we got a letter saying we have to take down our beware of dog signs. Which we have had up for eight years! We have an English bulldog. And they know it! I’m over it! They owe us money but we have to take signs down! Nope!!!
May 22, 2025 · Bobbie BairdEdit...We have had to try and contact the office for a serious police involved matter with one of my children and a stalker. We have left messages with no return calls. Also, if you have a package arrive to the office. Even if it's very important medice, the rude ladies in the office....just return it to sender. Instead of picking up the phone and saying hey it is here. It takes very little effort to be kind. Instead, Bobbie was supposed to ask things and get back with us. Been month's. For our kids bikes and stuff...we asked if we could get a second shed. We had a very small boat....not allowed, however there has been a canoe in here since we moved here, and is still there. I think its a worker or a friend of theirs. Moved in recently, like November maybe. Has had a trailer in here. Whats good for one isnt for the others. Our lot rent keeps going up. I believe its the highest here $485 starting in June. For how much lot rent is you would think they would have plowed at least the main drive and the mailbox area. We use to like it here....Have loved living here. The minute we bought our home from them, they started leaving notices on our door about our kids bikes....a boat we have had on property for 2 years. Then for the first time in 3 years we are late on rent and we get an eviction notice on our door....and a paper saying the court fees would be added. We are a week and a half late. They have added 4 fees so far....and all that's fine I understand. But an eviction notice a week after being late smdhSeriously.....Bobbi needs a class on how to be professional. Also....if in her industry, do not call and ask someone if they have something running on electric in their home all the time. You should know a fridge does, but should not cause $1,400 electric bills in a little trailer....when we had been complaining about it for years! I have had my grill in the exact spot it is in for 4 almost 5 years now. But today it was a problem, apparently corporate came by and wants it gone. Can not have a life and have children that play outside with bikes because they don't want to see them. Can't have wood piled for fires in our fireplace. Yet there's motorcycles coming and going at all hours of the day. Parking on the basketball court. Tweakers moved in and now our sons bike was stolen. We have till the 6th to pay. But you get an eviction notice on the 3rd. Every month there's an issue and I'm absolutely tired of it. I can not wait till we pay off our home and we will gladly give yall the money to move it some where else at that time. I'm adding photos of our porch and my offending kids bikes.
Apr 05, 2025 · Catrina ScottAvoid This Place – Scam and UnprofessionalThis place is a complete waste of time and money. They scam you for application fees, and the company they use for background checks is shady and unreliable. They claimed to have contacted my current residence for verification, but my landlord never received anything. For a trailer park, their prices are outrageous— especially for the outdated trailers. and the management is beyond unprofessional. The community is full of people struggling with drug issues and thieves, and Shelly and the rest of the staff are only in it for the money. They even bragged about how they have the power to drag out the purchase process for years, deciding at their discretion whether or not you can purchase a home. If they decide you’re not a “good candidate,” they take all the money you’ve saved toward the house and kick you out— leaving you stuck with even more financial burdens.Stay far away from this place unless you want to be scammed and taken advantage of.
