The trailers are well kept & very cute. Reminds me of a trailer park that you would find in ocean city. Just cute.

Hundreds of stray cat's and every time it rains you could go swimming in your front yard! Because they don't dig out ditches. Also you can soothe yourself to sleep listening to the tree that has been marked to be cut down for 2 years scraping against your trailer! But they ran out of money to cut down anymore trees. Even though lot rent is over 400.00 a month. And goes up once a year. And electricity no problem other than you could be electrocuted by an electric pole they propped up with 2×4s so it doesn't fall. Definitely would never recommend to live there. Also nothing for children to do no playground etc. Also water smells like eggs unless they treat it which most of the time they don't give any notice they just turn it off while your enjoying that nice hot shower in the morning before work.
