Mobile City Introduce
Welcome to **Mobile City RV Park**, a practical and well-situated destination for travelers and long-term guests exploring Colorado’s beautiful Western Slope. Located in Grand Junction, this park serves a dual role, providing dedicated sites for both recreational vehicles (RVs) and some long-term mobile home residents, which is common in many local communities. Our primary focus is on offering reliable, full-service hookups and convenience for those touring the area or needing an extended stay in a central location.
Mobile City RV Park has been a consistent fixture in Western Colorado for visitors and residents, focusing on essential services that make both overnight and monthly stays manageable. We strive to provide a functional and friendly home base for exploring the rich recreational opportunities—from the iconic Colorado National Monument to the majestic Grand Mesa.
We understand that for any potential resident or guest, the condition and management of a park are crucial. While we work hard to maintain a functional environment, it is important to note that public feedback has occasionally raised concerns regarding the park's atmosphere, including cleanliness issues related to stray animals and general maintenance. We encourage all prospective guests to contact management directly to discuss any concerns, particularly those regarding our current policies and site conditions, to ensure your stay meets your expectations. The goal is always to provide a valuable service to the traveling community and local residents of Grand Junction.

The greatest strength of Mobile City RV Park is its exceptional **location and accessibility**. We are situated at **2322 US-50, Grand Junction, CO 81505, USA**. The park is strategically located on U.S. Highway 50 (also known locally as Highway 6 & 50), which provides immediate and easy access to both I-70 (Exit 26) and the main commercial areas of Grand Junction. This makes us an ideal stopover for cross-country travelers and a highly convenient base for exploring local attractions.
A key highlight of the location is the proximity to major commercial hubs. Mobile City is located directly behind Bob Scott RV Sales, which serves as an easy landmark. More importantly, the park is very close to the **Mesa Mall**, providing quick access to substantial shopping, dining, entertainment, and essential services without having to navigate deep into the city's downtown traffic.
For travelers arriving in larger RVs, the location provides excellent maneuverability off the main highway, and the park offers on-site parking for all guests. The facility is also committed to accessibility, featuring a **Wheelchair accessible entrance** and **Wheelchair accessible parking lot**, ensuring convenience for all visitors. The central location simplifies day trips to the Colorado National Monument (approx. 5 miles away) and the vast recreational areas of the Grand Mesa National Forest.

For Colorado travelers and those seeking an extended stay on the Western Slope, Mobile City RV Park's main attraction is its **unbeatable location and comprehensive utility service**. If your priority is a full-hookup site with 30/50 AMP service, on-site propane, and a central location that simplifies access to Grand Junction's commercial heart (especially the Mesa Mall), then Mobile City is a pragmatic choice. The availability of clean showers, laundry, and Wi-Fi further solidifies it as a functional base for a traveler's needs.
It is worth choosing Mobile City for its logistical convenience, particularly if you have a big rig that benefits from the **extra-wide sites** and easy highway access. However, potential guests should be mindful of the negative community reviews. While the park excels in location and hard amenities, the public feedback highlights recurring issues with maintenance, stray animals, and alleged issues with service animal policies. Therefore, Mobile City is best chosen by guests who prioritize location and essential utility access above all else and are willing to take necessary precautions to verify the current state of cleanliness and management policies before committing to a stay, especially long-term or for those traveling with certified service animals.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Management refuses to allow service animal's to reside in park. Regardless of federal and colorado state laws. Stray cats everywhere. Weeds almost as high as the trailers in some spots. August 22 · Charles Mcgee
- What a DUMP, place smells like Cat Poop, cat poop everywhere, cats poop around your vehicle, next to your door of RV everyday, all over the whole park. Smell in summer takes your breath away, you can taste it the smell is so bad. So much cat poop they just put a layer of fresh gravel to cover it up. Looks shady and extremely run down. Not sure how its still in business or not shut down by city. Worst park I've ever stayed at in 2 years of full timing. People are nice but not a safe feeling place. The only thing this has is location. Dog park is full of cat poop everywhere. Even the office smells like cat poop. January 16 · Mike Mchale

- Super close to Colorado National Monument great spot to stay to visit the park. Very nice people working here, and a few that lived here year round that we talked to. Definitely looks shady as per some of the other reviews, but we had no problems at all. May 27 · Jennifer Gioe
- Mobile City is located in an area of Grand Junction where you have easy access to wherever you want to go, whether it's the nearby mall, grocery stores, or the interstate highway. The management works well with you if you have special needs. We had a situation come up where we needed to extend our stay several times. The management continues to work with us and the rates are reasonable. April 11 · Dennis Price
