Mobile home parks, often referred to as manufactured home communities, typically involve residents owning their manufactured home but leasing the land it occupies. This model can significantly lower the financial barrier to homeownership, making it an attractive option for a diverse range of residents. Miller's Mobile Home Park, as indicated by resident feedback, is an older park that places a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean environment. While certain aspects like road conditions and tree removal are noted, the consistent effort towards cleanliness and the presence of friendly tenants contribute to the overall living experience. Understanding these nuances, coupled with its strategic location in Napa, is crucial for anyone considering mobile home living in California's renowned wine country. It offers a unique opportunity to reside in a sought-after area at a potentially more accessible price point.

Miller's Mobile Home Park provides various services aimed at maintaining a structured and clean living environment for its residents. While specific details might vary, general services offered in a park of this nature typically include:
- Lot Leasing and Management: Residents lease the land where their manufactured home is situated. The park management oversees the property, handles administrative tasks, and enforces community rules. The manager is noted for being "on top of everyone," ensuring adherence to park standards.
- Emphasis on Cleanliness: A core service is the strict enforcement of rules regarding what "should NOT be in or around your yards," aimed at "Keeping it clean though." This indicates a strong commitment by management to maintain a tidy and orderly appearance throughout the park.
- Utility Access: Essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewage hookups are typically available to each home site, providing the necessary infrastructure for comfortable living. Residents are usually responsible for their individual utility consumption.
- Community Rules and Regulations: The park operates with a clear set of rules and regulations, enforced by management, to ensure a harmonious and well-maintained environment for all residents.
- Road Maintenance (and noted need for improvement): Like all parks, roads are maintained, though a resident review highlights a current need for "repaving" and addresses "lots of pot holes," indicating ongoing maintenance requirements.
Miller's Mobile Home Park possesses several features and highlights that define the living experience within its community, as gleaned from resident feedback.
- Established Community: The park is described as an "older park," suggesting a long-standing presence in Napa and a well-settled community of residents.

- Manager's Diligence: The manager is described as being "on top of everyone," which, while strict, implies a dedicated and attentive approach to maintaining park standards and addressing issues, particularly concerning cleanliness.
However, some features noted by residents also present challenges:
- Road Conditions: A need for "repaving" and the presence of "lots of pot holes" indicate that the internal roads require significant attention.
- Parking Limitations: A lack of "more parking" suggests that visitor or even resident parking can be a challenge within the park.
- Tree Removal Concerns: Recent "trees are being cut down" without a clear reason, leading to concerns about lack of shade and homes getting "extremely hot." This impacts comfort and potentially environmental aspects.
- Pet Policy (Cats): It is noted that "they don't like cats," which is a crucial detail for prospective residents who own cats, as it indicates a restrictive pet policy for felines.
These highlights provide a balanced view, showing the park's strengths in community and cleanliness, while also indicating areas where residents perceive a need for improvement.

Miller's Mobile Home Park Reviews
This is an older park. The roads need repaving. Lots of pot holes. And more parking is needed. The tenants are friendly. The manager is on top of everyone. Meaning she is ruthlessly strict in what should NOT be in or around your yards. Keeping it clean though.I would have given it 5 stars but recently trees are being cut down. Will not give a reason why. And trailers get extremely hot without shade.
