This is prob the nicest trailer park in Omaha. Located in west Omaha it's appealing, well kept, and fairly quiet. I could live there for sure. Plus, it's great for all age groups. A good mix of young kids and small families as well as some older retired couples.
May 28, 2025 · KristiN LynNI bought a trailer from the trailers owner, in Medowbrook Estates. The manager had me sign a predatory contract, knowing she could get away with it. Their tree was in my way of getting my new property out. Yes moving it to property that I owned. She demanded $1,200 from me to take her tree down. Needless to say....it did not work in court. I got my trailer and did not pay that have to pay her perditory rent. I did pay for half of the cost of the tree coming down, which she planted
Nov 06, 2024 · Jane WaltonManagement is trash. They threaten to steal your home if you don’t fix hail damage within 6 months, but they have their homes waiting for demo for 4 years?! We have zero amenities, don’t be fooled by the “pool” it’s open maybe half the summers I’ve been here (12yrs) and tiny and dingy anyways. You’re better off getting a small above ground of your own. Since the pandemic they have done Nothing to improve the quality of life here, but they sure are keen to pocket more money. Every 4ish months since the pandemic, they have raised the rent. Never fails. Barely get in the routine of paying more when there is another notice of increase in your mail. I will be leaving as soon as possible, highly recommend you don’t get trapped here. Holier than thou jerks. This place is the absolute worst.
Nov 04, 2022 · AliciaWARNING! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PROBLEM! This park is a joke. Owners are greedy and need more money for lot rent every 6 months. They already gross $1,360,800 a year… (this number is low, I figured every house is a single. Double wide homes pay more) but yet again increasing lot rent to make themselves another $64,800 a year. They don’t make any improvements with that money and the so called “snow removal” is money theft since the company that gets hired doesn’t know how to plow roads. They will threaten to take your home or evict you from their land if you don’t repair hail damage in a “timely” fashion while this park owns properties that have needed to be torn down years ago. I pay my bills and lot rent was increased the beginning of the year because of tenants without insurance. If I don’t supply proof of my insurance when it’s demanded I get a letter stating I will be evicted from the land. So where does anything make sense? I can keep going but this is already too much. Sorry for the rant, good luck!!

Some of these places a few blocks to get to the house. I didnt want to go on the driveway, but some I did to far to walk. I hope I am referring to the right area..Anyway that's about it...
