Mc Call Village Mobile Park Introduce
Welcome to **Mc Call Village Mobile Park**, a well-established and engaging community nestled in the heart of Selma, California. For those in the Central Valley region of California seeking a serene and active retirement lifestyle, this mobile home park is specifically designed as a **55+ senior community**. The park offers manufactured homes within a dedicated setting, aiming to provide residents with a comfortable and low-maintenance approach to golden-years living. It is a location where residents are noted to genuinely care about each other, fostering a sense of close-knit community and a well-taken care of environment.
The structure of a mobile home park provides a unique opportunity for homeownership coupled with shared community resources. While residents own their manufactured homes, they rent the space or lot beneath, which includes access to various shared facilities and services managed by the park. Mc Call Village Mobile Park operates as a gated community, which can offer an added measure of security and peace of mind for its residents. This arrangement is particularly appealing to those looking to downsize, reduce the upkeep of a traditional home, and enjoy an independent, active adult lifestyle surrounded by neighbors in a similar life stage.
The Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL) governs the rights of mobile home park residents in California, offering certain protections and regulations regarding leases, park rules, and fees. This central positioning is a significant benefit for California residents who wish to remain connected to the broader Central Valley while enjoying the tranquility of a smaller community.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Unfortunately I was not approved by the property owner, Joe McKerny to rent the space where the mobile home unit that was perfect for me to buy cash out, being that I would not have any kind of real assets to declare until after buying the Mobil home unit, which would have been perfect for me to live in with My handicap daughter who has cancer, until I can close simultaneously while closing the sale of my house.. I actually don't have any kind of real assets, as well as I consider My house to be a liability because I have a mortgage loan on My house currently..In selling My house payoff My loan as well as being able to fully paying for the mobile home unit in Joe McKerny's Mc Call mobile home park.He decided to call me a liar to my agent, when she spoke to Joe McKerny. It's was not very kind of him to say that just because I couldn't put down the extra assets or fund's that I have not received yet on his application being that I don't currently have those assets until I finalize the sale of my house..Calling me a liar, saying that I was being untruthful in filling out his application which broaders into the invasion of privacy regarding My medical health..Which should be kept between My doctor and I..Has no business whatsoever being in a application. Then he said that he thought that I would have to get a loan to buy the Mobil home park unit,In a letter demanding that I earn more than what I receive on my social security benefits..To cover a loan to buy the Mobil home unit..Demanding that I earn Three times the amount of a loan in combination of the price of the rental space fees..Was just astonishing..When I was going to pay cash out for the mobile home unit in his Mobil home park...When Joe McKerny Saw me using my wheelchair while walking out into public places, I do use.Heal Spurs at My age, you know getting older isn't avoidable...However when he chose to say that I am a liar to my agent and her sister on speaker phone...Well as lovely as his Parents mobile home park is currently..A place where I truly would have thought would have been actually a really pleasant place to retire in, living in that beautiful Mobil home that needed to be brought up to code.. which I would have been able to do with My license contractor's, who would have went into the Mobil home unit to bring it up to codes..Well, let's just say that Joe McKerny has called me.Who is merely humble honest meek in being.Joe McKerny called me a liar, saying that he can't forgive me for not putting on his application assets...In which I don't currently have to include on his application for the park space..in which I want to buy as well as Live out My golden years in..When I found out that This tall drink of water, handsome looking older man, called me a liar to my agent.....I cried over it...I'm 65 years old now..I don't lie about stuff..I don't have currently the extra assets to declare..Yet, again I don't count or actually lie about it..I pay My bills on time..I will always be kind and loving towards everyone possible..It's a real total me thing too..Although the Mc Call mobile home park is a very lovely place, I thought that I would be able to buy the Mobil home park unit..To be able to live below my means..in a real place I could have called home...Just to be happy in Selma CA, where I got to live as a child...Guessing that Joe McKerny has decided that just because I was as truthful as much as possible, for me telling the truth he's called me a liar, deciding to deny me fairness as well as equality to buy that mobile home unit that I could have called home...in that peaceful little place calledMc Call Mobile Home Park..It's a very hurtful thing to have experienced..To be judged unfairly by Joe McKerny..Being that he owns the property his parents Left him..As I know that his parents must have been kind in doing so... very well...In order to think that he deserves to inherit such a lovely site...However, I don't know why he's chosen to discriminate against me...I can't declare what I don't have as of yet.oh well.
June 11 · Deborha BruceA well taken care of mobile home park for over 55. The residents really care about each other
March 26 · Elaine CreedSenior only park. My parent's moved here about 2 years ago. I really don't recommend this for anyone's parent's though. Kinda shady (example they read the PG&E meter themselves, then calculate what amount of the total bill each space pays. The only problem with this is, they learned that they were not doing the calculation correctly resulting in them charging people the wrong amount for their PG&E by PG&E but they don't care they are still calculating it the wrong way. This has resulted in some people paying several hundreds of dollars, and others (like my parent's, thank goodness!) paying less than $10/month for theirs. And this is but one example.) It's clean and is kept looking nice, so if money is no object for you, or your parent's then this place might be for you.
December 29 · Catherine SpryNo manager in the park, the new owner doesn’t care. He won’t open the pool for residents. The new owner doesn’t seem to care about residents. He is only interested in money. He loves to increase the rent. People are fed up and many are looking for different places to live. This used to be the absolute best place to live….not any more.
June 02 · Betty standridgeThe manager of this mobile home park thinks he's the Sheriff and controls the residents of the park. Nice park but horrible mgmt. I would live in other places than here. Everyone is friendly and nice good neighbors. Manager says he's ex law enforcement, but hard to believe he knows nothing about law.
