Nice community. Seems quiet there. Right by the water (Port Charlotte/Peace River). It is on a blind corner, so you can easily miss it. They have two entrances on each side of the blind corner. I fell on my bicycle there twice. One time, it was wet and skidded a ways in front of Jack's house. He came out and helped me get up and asked me if I was alright. I think he was going to give me a ride home, but I told Jack that my wife was coming. Jack then helped me put the bike in our car. Really nice. I greatly appreciate it, as I could barely walk. "Better is a neighbor near, than a brother far away." Such was the case, and I was grateful. I am pretty sure they are in a flood zone area. They have a really good breeze there.
