This is a beautifully maintained RV park. Tucked away from traffic of the big city of Waco Tx, this 5 star park is located in Marlin, Texas, off of highway 7 and very quiet,too!The RV park is patrolled daily and nightly for safety. Now the owner of this peaceful and serene location is the most respectful, and definitely accommodating RV park owner I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in my travels across the US.This gorgeous location is only a quick 25 minutes from Waco, Texas.You must know how to back into RV spaces (there is nowhere to do a turnaround), laundry facilities on site (coin operated), and fresh farm eggs for sale, too.I'll be coming back to this location again later this year for sure.Please call the owner for lot prices and included amenities.Safe travels everyone!

We have stayed here in between jobs and never have any problems. All the gravel pads and built up so you’re never parked or walking in mud. The park has washers and dryer on site so you don’t have to go into town. The owner is very kind and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely be returning on our off time.
