Manatee Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
Getting REAL , OPEN BONEST A D XO WHAT KNS Really run down. People do not care for their homes, loose & stray cats, dogs, and little children running on the dirt and gravel roads. We did not get an offer, and our lawn is underground EVERY time it rains. No driveways, entrance way alone could scare anyone off...if you have a question, don't hold your breath! They also make the lessee find and pay for old delapidated shed & heavy , dangerous tree limb removal on THEIR LEASED LOT. NO SENSE. The branches, now touching our roof, will cost us about 2 grand. God only knows why their maintenance staff can not remove the branches and the shed. Jan 08, 2019 · David RobidouxPersonally stating there are some nice neighbors and then some rude and dishonest neighbors... No violent crimes, no cops, no noisy sirens. Pet friendly and definitely affordable. Some have nice lots with grass and gardens and then some mobile homes are a bit tight... I enjoy it so far.
Mar 09, 2022 · Jennifer GriffinThey really need to get this place cleaned up. Some of the homes look great and some looks like trash. Update.... Since new management came in she's working really hard and helping us bring our community up and it's starting to look like a nice home community, however the speed bumps have destroyed two cars that I'm aware of and the roads are really bad, so the roads in a major repairhowever it's all coming together and I'm no longer embarrassed to say that I live in this park
