It's the nicest trailer park in town, and it's very pleasant, but it's run by some new brindle company that makes silly upgrades and raises the lot rent to apartment levels. New Street signs, New office, New promotional signs, but they won't remove the dead trees that are threatening dozens of homes. Lots of silly community building stuff, but nothing about upkeep.

If you attempt to make improvements to your home you are harassed while others homes are allowed to be surrounded by garbage and allowed to throw blacktop and cement into the road causing damage to other tenants vehicles.
