Water gets cut off weekly for emergency pipe repairs. Water bill is inconsistent from month to month as they charge the residents the water that leaks out of the bad pipes. Kids walk around all hours of the night even though there is a park mandate curfew. Resident park manager is a complete piece of work, as well as, the company itself. Most of the neighbors I had were loud and on drugs; including the manager and her hubby. Had to call the police for noise ordinance muliplte times since it was after midnight of them blasting music (including the resident manager).
