I can't say what it's like at night since I only visit during the daytime. But I imagine it won't be terribly busy either since there's no children or young adults here.The people I did see are friendly and waved to me as I drove around the park.

New management came on a few years ago and have a long list of new rules that are completely arbitrary - definitely geared to a select few and favoritism abounds. Rents keep going up with no improvement in outdated electric or amenities. When I moved there, it was a community but now it's more of a prison. It's not the onsite managers but the management company who are ruining the community.On the plus side, it's fairly safe and affordable.
