I lived in this trailer park for four years. When I moved in the only rules Bruce gave me was no selling drugs and no doing drugs outside your home. So I’m not sure what all these rules are that people were talking about. Any issue with the trailer was fixed within a few days. Any riff raff causing issues got evicted which I was grateful for because my neighbors were a problem. Quiet park, friendly people, clean community.
