June 12 · James MaciasI am retracting my review because the office is done nothing but try to make things better we really appreciate their hard work and I know it's really difficult dealing with difficult people like me I really appreciate your response and fixing the issues with the pool
July 22 · Jorge Santander Jr.How do you get management to take responsibility for a dead Aspen tree about to fall on your house? One good storm or wind event and this could come down and kill someone .Have a critical situation here. Office has ignored emails and phone calls and don't even have the courtesy to respond to you. Do your job !!!.
October 22 · Carol SymonsThe lot rent is going up to almost $1100 in March and it's not worth it! The neighborhood is not worth what you pay. The water always has issues, the irrigation has been off for a long time, and the pool is only open for about 6 weeks and is usually closed at least one week out of the 6. The office staff is all about making themselves a buck and does not care one bit about the community or the people in it. The park areas are outdated, the soccer nets are ripped to shreds, the volleyball court has no net and is a giant litter box, and the entire neighborhood has no grass, and it's all dead and brown. It's almost impossible to get a hold of the office and you pay a lot for it all! It's turned into s sad and miserable place that so many are moving away from. It used to be a beautiful and thriving family neighborhood. That's the difference between staff that cares and brings a community together vs. Staff that doesn't care about anything but themselves and makes for a miserable community and sad homeowners.I am a single mom with 2 kids. We have lived in this community since 2016. After my kid's dad, who also worked here, moved back out of state, I was left going from a stay-at-home mom to a full-time everything. It was always a struggle. As soon as I fell behind, Longview took the opportunity to pounce. They have done all they can in hopes of gaining our home from us having to walk away. The judge on my eviction case was left with her jaw on the floor. She told their attorneys that this is what she does and she had never heard of a community refusing to take payment from a family to help them save their home. They lied and/or gave misleading information to the 2 organizations that were going to help me save us from losing our home. When I found a buyer on a quick cash sale, they made sure to push them by forcing them to go through the steps to get a bonded title and refused to allow the sale with the quit claim deed that both myself and the previous owner bought the home with. The courts, the sheriff, and the lawyers I'm in touch with, have all been shocked at how things have gone down and the complete and utter disregard for anyone. They made sure it took place through the holidays as well. So it's been great. What was a bad situation, they made sure to make it worse. Once we lost our car, they took the opportunity to make sure that they would do all they could to gain ownership of my home. Which, by the way, I own outright! And it's the 2nd home we've owned in this community. My kids are almost 11 and 13 and we moved here when they were 2 and 4. They don't even know life before Longview. Sadly, this is what it has become. I couldn't even fix any of the things that were falling apart on or around our home because they would always make sure there was something else. They would send a notice, and as soon as I could find a way to tackle it, they would find something to complain about. Ex: My garage door broke. It's the only door to access the garage. So things got left outside the garage and they sent notices to clean up. So I brought in a trailer and used it to clean out stuff, organize the garage, and clean up the property. They tagged it to be towed. It's been insane. Add in the fact that we have been treated completely differently since we moved back once he chose to move away. To the point of being ostracized, getting notices for things that, others should as well, but do not, and even the managers telling our personal/confidential information to other tenants, and even strangers. They disclosed private information about our home and situation to someone not on our lease, or deed and not even living in the same state. One manager even went as far as to take pictures on her cell phone and send them to my ex-husband!!! I FO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY!!The short version: You deserve better than this community. Especially if you are a family. Let alone a single parent.
February 10 · Christina Marie (Chryssy)Nice placeNice neighborhoodsLovely neighborsClean parkRules are only enforced with certain individualsWe live here and follow the rules that we see others break with impunityMust be managed in a more professional manner!!I would like to hear a list of amenities offered here At Longview that validates lot rent being above eight hundred dollars.
