Longleaf RV Park Reviews
I've noticed a LOT of these bad ratings and people talking bad about the management here is because they caused them selves to be evicted, Nothing to do about poor management what so ever. The managers here work their tails off to make sure everything is kept up and looking nice. I've been living here for almost a year now and we haven't had one issue at all. If we needed something fixed they went out of their way to fix the problem. I don't feel it is right for someone being evicted for their own fault to take it out on the management. It doesn't give a fair rating when someone is up in their feelers to make someone else and a property look bad. It's wrong. These bad reviews are irrelevant and those people need to take accountability for their own mistakes and stop blaming others. I love this place and the management is wonderful. Some of the picture's I added was during the winter times, and some are newer. Beautiful view, You get to see horses in the fields, tons of wildlife. I love it!PLUS Utilities paid!!!! That's hard to come by now days!!!! If you have your own Camper just under $400/month, sorry but that's hard to pass up, just saying. It's affordable living and if you need a place mention my name. Hope this helps y'all!
Jul 03, 2024 · Jess GriffethMy review is about the management company and not the RV Park. The guy I rented my boat slip from apparently owns tenderleafvillage management company. I wasn't aware of that so when he stopped paying the dues and he was sued by the marina and lost all his slips for non-payment I tried to obtain my deposit. I have his personal number from years ago when he called me once to setup my tenderleaf account. I told him I was trying to get my deposit back and tenderleaf portal inquiries were not being responded to. He told me my deposit was being held by them and this kind of matter was beneath him but he would check with his financial folks for a money trail. Of course I never heard back so I went to the BBB and looked up tenderleaf and he is the freaking owner. I guess he owns a lot of shell companies to protect himself from personal liability so he can steal from others. Tread lightly if this place is still affiliated with Tenderleaf Village management company.
Jan 31, 2025 · Chuck GriggsThese are some nice homes inside and out all bills paid u only cover rent and it's nothing like your own u can't stay anywhere for free and that's why I'm still in my Castle
Dec 07, 2020 · Lashonda RoshiaWorst RV park ever. The people running it, are not the owners. They wanted me to pay them with cash so they can pocket the money. They told me it's because they do not get paid enough there so as long as I have a receipt I shouldn't be worried with it. They are very unprofessional and very rude. The park has potential to be a very nice place but Trina and her husband need to not be running it in order for that to happen. They bragged on him being a felon, you get screamed at for driving the speed limit throughout the park , your yard never gets mowed, and you will not receive your mail or packages after she sorts through the mail herself. BEWARE. It was constant drama from Trina definitely choose another park.
Jun 25, 2024 · Calli GibsonMan I actually rented a spot and I can't wait to get back out there. The fishing ponds was so relaxing, and the area for the kids is well kept. The park mows the lawn every other day. They are constantly checking to see if we were okay. The owner even came out and talked to me for a bit. I love when it starts cooling off in the day because we have a beautiful shade where we parked our RV. The rates are great for what you get. Then Joe the maintenance man even helped me with my a/c. He didn't have because as I stated we had our own RV. The manager at the park is so friendly but she is someone to push around. She takes care of her business which is great. We will see ya really soon. Looking forward to our next stay maybe we will be able to stay longer this time. My grand kids fish in the pond in the back and I could sit and watch them out of our windows.
