Even though it's a 55 and over park, there's no shortage of younger "residents" it seems. And so clearly, the younger group will be the likely Extra Noise, extra cars, extra younger friends etc .Note though that their presence is not a deterrent necessarily, ...but more an occasional nuisance.

The second thing I notice is that it is a quite community and not very much traffic moving threw there.I came to help my friend move into her new home and didn't see any people or vehicles moving around the park.My friend told me the rates are very attractive compared to other parts of Hemet.
