Little's Trailer Park Reviews
The owners are Slumlords. The place is a dump, the posted pics is not what it looks like now, and they are not consistent with their policies. That is based on whether They like you or not. They will come across nice but don't fall for it, it's just to get what they want. MS. Terry Dupree is the worst two faced, lying hypocrite I've ever met and you better record your interactions with her. She will lie in a minute! I'm glad I recorded mine so she can't just accuse me of anything. I have her on camera threatening and intimidating an 81 yr old woman for no GOOD reason.
Oct 13, 2021 · Bill RasorI lived here at a pretty young age, but it's free and far between I remember bad experiences here. Sure, the roads aren't the best, but the small town vibe definitely persists here. It's a great place to live if you have kids and are looking for a cheap place to settle down for awhile.
Dec 13, 2017 · Brandon LewisThe owners are terrible. It seems like Jerry just listens to whatever his wife says. They let their Maintenance man, shane, racially discriminate my boyfriend and they proceeded to kick him out after listening to Shane’s lies without giving him the chance to explain the fact that Shane came to his trailer, threatened to fight him and continuously call him the N word, then told them he came to his trailer to tell him to turn the music down and that someone at his house ran over a pipe line. All which isn’t true at all.
Mar 16, 2022 · Kenzie AkerIf I could rate it 0 stars I would. It's like the owners don't care what the park looks like. Dogs running trashy trailers.
Nov 14, 2023 · Annmarie SotoA trailer park that is 3 streets wide and has reasonable prices for rent. Also has storage building available. Single and double wide trailers. Stop at the Town and Country store for a application.
