Especially when I was working from home the entire year, it was nice have a quiet and peaceful place to work!! I really enjoyed the playground with the kids and walks with the family around the neighborhood looking at the lawns that everyone takes so much time making them look nice for the summer! The landlord and maintenance always were so nice and did a great job upkeeping the place. They are pet friendly, and if you can overlook the stray cats in your gardens from time to time...Overall, this place is worth it!
