New owners are a joke. There’s too many rules for everyone who owns their homes. $200 a month for mobile homes pad rent. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Don’t be stuck here like some of us. They complain about if you use a blanket for a curtain than a blanket. I’d be more concerned about trash, yard being mowed, and those who speed here. I own my mobile home not rent out our mobile home. These rules are RIDICULOUS! I’ve been seeing a handful of people leave. Some of us are stuck here sadly.
